We have been expecting ostomy supplies for our daughter for three weeks now. I called last week & spoke to Ron the “owner of the company” who answered the phone & I was told to call back in a week that their systems were down. A week later I called again and reached Ron who was extremely rude & unapologetic that his HEALTHCARE supply co was still unable to check on our order because they were “short staffed” and their “system is down”. I needed compression socks for a broken foot.!Dr. Leighton’s office suggested Carolina Healthcare Products. I went there and the woman Melissa, told us she only had 1 pair in my size. Both my husband and I heard her say they were $45.00. The receipt came out with a charge of $69.95. She quoted the price incorrectly. At no time did she tell us the socks were NOT returnable. I would give a -5 if I were able. I started calling about 1:30 Friday, called twice, left message both times, got a voice mail back about 5:30, said call back Saturday about 12:30, I did and left a message again. Monday rolls around and no call back, go in person, no signs anywhere, rode around for 15 minutes and finally found it.
