I purchased diabetic shoes and custom inserts from the Supply store. Being that I am very disabled, I needed to get approval from UHC to go to an out of network, but closer supplier. Acacia's efforts were beyond the call of duty, and after months of red tape by UHC, she helped me to finally get approval for my free shoes and inserts. We have been expecting ostomy supplies for our daughter for three weeks now. I called last week & spoke to Ron the “owner of the company” who answered the phone & I was told to call back in a week that their systems were down. A week later I called again and reached Ron who was extremely rude & unapologetic that his HEALTHCARE supply co was still unable to check on our order because they were “short staffed” and their “system is down”. I have contacted Mellissa on more then 8 times never a call back. My doctor has left them numerous messages. I would not use this company ever. Worst service ever.
