The audiologist was friendly and knowledgeable. Although I would note you cannot make any contact with them unless you call and leave a voicemail.no online portal or email available listed on their website. I called Monday-Thursday to reschedule my follow up for hearing aids I hadn’t bought yet. Knowing they would charge me if it wasn’t canceled within 48 hours I wanted to ensure it was canceled.
