Professional Staff as I have been wearing hearing aids for oh 8 plus years. Takes this much experience to realize what you have done right/wrong. They clearly knew where I was coming from. It gets better as time goes on as long as you do not continue to loose more hearing. I feel I have finally found true hearing aids that will give me what I need. To hear clearly.
They were friendly and very thorough and I recommend you to just go do it , get your hearing checked out.
