Service was quick, on time and efficient.
You walk in a A smile greet you as you coming, and when you going into Examining room a bigger smile it was just wonderful talking from beginning to end
We were very pleased with Dr. Pool. She did a thorough evaluation of our hearing and our hearing aids She compared the findings with the last hearing evaluation that we were able to provide. She checked to let us know how much insurance would reimburse toward hearing aids, and gave us copies of what different companies would charge. We were not pressured to purchase any product but offered to see us again whenever we might need further consultation. As icing on the cake, the price was right.
