RecommendedI love Dr. Kahn. He dose not treat you like a patient, He treats you like a Person. He will spend an hour with you on each visit. My mom and I drive from Wilmington to Durham to see him because I refuse to see anybody else.
Dr Kahn at Carolina Headache Institute is the only one who has helped me reduce the number of migraines I have and have had all my life.

Dr. Finkel and his staff are truly the very best of the best for headache care. I travel here from Virginia because of the incredible, compassionate care I have received here over many years. Everyone from the secretarial staff, to the billing staff, to the office manager are so helpful and friendly. They are the very best at what they do. From the Drs, to any of the staff, and I mean any staff members at all, are very understanding, and knowledgeable of any type of Cluster headache problems that I have experienced. I have visited the Institute for more than 11years now, and I wouldn't have any reason to change to another clinic.
So far, always been a good experience. Dr. Finkle is extremely knowledgeable about my rare neurological disorder, which took me 7 years to find. All other neurologists didn't even know about my disorder, some asking was it the same as migraine which I suffer from too, chronically. First question he asked me, let me know he was the doc I've been searching for for so long. Very pleased thus far.
Good people but no way you should wait.fpr over an hour to get in to see doctor without someone telling you something.
