Outstanding service!! These guys were true professionals- showed up on time, did great work and were very communicative to ensure I was pleased with everything. I’m so happy with my new floors!
He fixed several pieces of tile in our kitchen. It was a complicated job and they don't make the tile anymore so he had to be cautious not ot break the tile. Not an easy job but it came out Awesome. Very happy with it. We will use him again.
I have had Orlando do the tile in two bathrooms and the floor in my kitchen and the backsplash and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. He is excellent in doing the tile work.
Called them and spoke with Orlando. Made an appointment for him to come and give me an estimate. Does not show up. I call, He says he got busy and forgot. OK. We rescheduled for next night. Never showed, never called. Apparently no courtesy. Poor business practice. In this age of the internet, poor business practices get reviewed for the world to read. No way would I hire someone like this. I would never get him back to deal with any problems in his work.
