Techs onsite in less than two hours if you call. Transparent and clear communication. Best Service company in the southeast US.
Techs horrible, leave job site without updating the maintenance performed, unprofessional, impossible to get ahold of. By far one of the worst industrial service companies I’ve dealt with, I’ve worked with much smaller name companies and they’re by far more professional and friendly then the techs and lead techs and this Raymond. Dispatch is very good tho, and that’s about all I can say that is good about this group at this Raymond at least.
