I have been calling for months!!! I was told I would be contacted. I have not received any information on my wedding gown! PLEASE CALL ME! I dropped off my gown a few months ago, and I have yet to be billed (which isn't an issue). I just want to receive my dress.
Carolina Gown, PLEASE RETURN MY CALLS AND EMAILS. I have been trying to contact you for months to get my wedding dress returned to me. You've never billed me for services and shipping and I just want my dress back and will gladly pay for your services. I would recommend them for your dress. They took great care of mine and they are wonderful to work with. So very nice and informative. This is a great place. They made realize customer service is not dead.
Miss Melissa did a great job on my wedding dress and veil! I was nervous about sending my dress away so I did my research and so happy I found her. Very professional and she did an amazing job.
