Chef Peter and Stephanie were UNBELIEVABLE!!!! We had such an amazing experience and I can’t recommend them enough. The food and service were top notch and I have new favorite dishes now because of the excellent execution. Can’t wait to use them again.
Chef Peter catered a lovely dinner for my girlfriends and me on a Girl's trip to Lake Norman. He came to the home where we were staying, set up the table and served us a delectable menu including Pimento Cheese w/Cheddar Biscuits, Grilled shrimp & Cheese grits, Wedge salad with bacon strips, tomato & homemade blue cheese dressing, Braised short ribs that fell off the bone, and creme brulee w/fresh fruit. Chef Peter put together a beautiful private dinner for our group of 15 to celebrate a milestone birthday for my mother in law! The food was PERFECTLY planned, prepared and presented, but the best part was being able to enjoy the meal as a “guest” in my own home! Peter and co. did all the heavy lifting and we all could sit back, relax and ENJOY! Will 100% hire Chef Peter again in the future!
