Do not use this company. It’s been 4 months since we paid in full for our custom glass order. 3 months in, we scheduled an install while taking off work, and it was the wrong measurements. They said they would “refund in full”. We have yet to see any refund, nor receive the correct glass measurements after arriving TWICE now with the wrong dimensions. IF we receive a callback, their famous line is “it will be in tomorrow. If not tomorrow, next week at the latest”. DO NOT, I repeat, do NOT, use this company.

If I could give negative stars, I would do so! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are unprofessional, unresponsive, liars and basically stole our money. When they still didn’t provide our product 5 months later, they refused to return our phone call and when they did talk to us they were condescending and rude and had no justification for the delay. We had to ask for our deposit back and get a lawyer. To date we’ve only received $688 of our $1787 deposit. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

Not responsive. They took our money installed glass in the wrong spot then took a deposit to install in the original area we wanted. Missed their due date multiple times and then said they would just refund the money instead of doing the job they signed up to do !!

We bought a 100 year old building in our downtown that needed to be completely gutted. Replacing the windows and doors was on the to do list. I called this company and they were initially really responsive. They were great about coming out quickly to take measurements and fantastic about taking my deposit lol. I was told that my glass and framing would be done in two months. Two months turned into almost six months of waiting. I called at least once a week to check on the progress. New window install with horrible flashing gaps installed on a million dollar building. I refused to pay the remainder until they fixed it. I sent the manager pictures of the work, and he apologized, he said they would fix it. Never came, but charged my CC they had on file from the deposit. Called multiple times and they became unresponsive. Will never use them again.
