Staff annoyed at me? I have visited the LONG POINT store twice, and will not return. Attempts were made to help me, but they don't seem to know their inventory. On both occasions I found what I was shopping for myself. Younger clerk looked annoyed at me, and made me wonder if she was mad at me. They are extremely slow, both with a store full of customers and when empty. They reluctantly wrapped the first time and second time wanted to charge 2 dollars for wrapping my gift, because it was on sale.
Only interested in herself I was in the Carolina Girl store in Mt. Pleasant. There's a short older woman that works in this store. She was talking with someone she knew and didn't speak to me and wasn't interested in helping me. I was looking for a certain Vera Bradley pocketbook for my sister and heard this woman talking on and on about her daughter and the latest gossip. I couldn't find what I needed and she sure didn't seem to care. I left without the pocketbook and went elsewhere. I will never shop there again.
Christmas shopping I love to shop this store at christmas time.Shopped here last christmas and will shop here this christmas for my family and friends.Everyone i bought for last year love the item that i got them.
rude staff Just down right RUDE staff. They either completely ignore you or look at you as if you don't belong in there store. I was completely unsatisfied both times I have been in there.
Great gift for friends Love this little piece of shopping heaven. I can always find something cool to give a friend. I love to pick out gifts fro friends and have even asked them to ship them back to my home town. They have the latest and greatest gift items. Also awesome selection of Brighton I haven't seen since my move here. Really neat gift shop! Alicia
Terrible Service and Product! I ordered very simple invitations from this store and they could not get it right. When I called to complain, they talked down to me like I was a child and acted like it was my fault they messed up. If I hadnt already paid for these invitations, I would not use them! The ladies who work there are rude and immature and have lost a customer for good.

THEY HAVE VERY UNUSUAL PRODUCTS FROM BABY,TEENS AND WOMEN. BRIGHTON TOO! IT IS A BIT PRICEY, BUT YOU CAN FIND SOMETHING UNDER $20. THEY WILL WRAP IT IN CUTE PAPER TOO, SO IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY, STOP BY, GET YOUR GIFT, WRAP IT THERE AND OFF YOU GO!
