I was referred to this team by the owner of a condo I purchased after the sale of my home. My old agent had moved from the area and I did not have an agent I was familiar with. Marti's team was very helpful. They gave me recommendations for the sale of my home, which turned out to be very beneficial. They held 3 open houses for me and I had an offer within just 2-3 weeks. When we met at the start they told me what they expected it to sell for and what I would clear and they were right on target. The pictures they took of my home were fantastic. It was very easy to work with them.
