Carolina GI is now Maria Parham GI. I had the first appointment in the morning. For 30 minutes I watched the staff play with their cell phones in the office and stared at the sign on the wall on which they spelled HIPAA wrong. When I was finally seen I was told a computer issue delayed my appointment. I was asked if I had ever had this procedure before. It was obvious she had not even looked at my records. I'm not sure what happened here because this group had been better.
