Just purchased my second Generac Whole House back-up generator from Carolina Heating Service and Generators. Josh the Electrician and Rashad the Gas Fitter did a great job, were very professional, and courteous. The only problem with this company is their Sales Reps. inability and unwillingness to provide an itemized and detailed estimate. Generalities with a total lack of detailed item cost concealed what I suspect is a huge cost mark-up for the products and installation.
