We recently moved my Dad into Windrush at Garden City. There were several challenges NOT not related to Windrush that made the move more complicated and stressful than expected. The staff at Windrush really stepped up to help get the move and transition done and to make it as easy as possible for Dad. They didn't have to do it, but every staff member I dealt with went the extra mile (several miles in a couple of cases) in the interest of making Dad's transition successful.
