On December 18, 2023, I had a scheduled appointment with Carolina Garage Door at 8:00 am. The tech showed up at 9:35 am. He replaced one keypad and was supposed to service three garage doors. I watched him on my outside camera; he sprayed down each garage door. I didn’t see him adjust or inspect any of the door springs. At 10:08 am, he started writing me an invoice for $326.46.
