Honestly I didn’t expect much when I entered, but the experience turned out better than I thought. The sofas were arranged neatly and lighting made everything look premium. I was comparing three models for almost an hour and no one pressured me. That made a big difference. I ordered a sectional sofa and they kept me updated during production. Delivery guys were polite but arrived slightly late in the evening. One cushion had uneven stitching and they replaced it after I sent photos. That response made me trust them more.
