My husband and I started doing business with Carolina Forest Rental Properties in Jan. 2012. They were very efficient at the time. BUT they started changing the accounting program in 2018 as well as had some personnel changes. The service is horrible!!! Their level and quality of service has slipped to the point I'm trying to figure out how to get out of my contract.
