Horrible service. Called to see how to get a copy of my son's shot record and was told by receptionist to just come in and it would take a ten minutes and a signature. I had just moved three hours away, but needed the copy asap, so I drove to the office to be greeted by rude receptionists who then told me it would take three days or so for them to get a copy of the shot record. I not only wasted six hours in the car, but must do the trip again when they actually get the job done! In past experiences they do not return phone ... read more

Horrid service. If you need refills every month, they will CHARGE you on top of the visit. Last visit, called for appointment on 11/26. for blood draw on 11/27. - nothing available, can you come in 11/29 (day after Thanksgiving). Show up at only available time of 3pm to empty waiting room. Then told (after I fasted all day) that the lab was closed and that I missed my appointment on 11/22. How? The appointment was MADE on 11/26 and wanted 11/27?! My whole family goes here and Fritz Frye is awesome. The nurses ans staff are very nice. However, there is a black lady that works at the front counter who ruins the whole experience. She is very rude and nasty and doesn't even try to help. I called this morning to get an appointment for my husband and got this nasty wonan first. She said she couldn't take him. I waited ten minutes and called back and got one of the other nice ladies and she told me to send him right in. He was in the exam room ten minutes later. I would giv... read more

Drl Vandergriff has been my doctor for the last 2 years, and I am very happy with him, his staff, and the medical care I have received. Dr. V is very thorough and doesn't rush through his appointments. The office nurses and front desk staff are also very pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend this medical practice. There is also a lab on site for drawing blood and other tests.

Called 3:45pm Friday to make an appointment. I was having heavy chest discomfort after exertion and wanted the next available appointment (they are open Saturday). Long answering machine message eventually said to dial 200 for appointments. Dialed 200 -- same message. Pressed zero for operator and per instructions left my name, cell phone number and medical issue. Friday ended. No callback. Saturday came and went. No callback. Don't call me now -- I'm DEAD!

I have been going to them for years, in fact my whole family goes there. Dr. Frye will sit and take as long as it takes to get it right not like most of the 5 minute doctors. he has a great personality and i'll certainly never go anywhere else. Nurse Kim is great no other word to describe her except an absolute sweetie. nurse gretta shes so crazy she have laughing your head off. I've only dealt with Dr.Vandergriff a couple times but one word for him thorough.Like I said I'll never go anywhere else. Shelly K

Dr. Vandergriff is very thorough and personable.The staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

I called for some information and to possibly make an appointment. The person I spoke with was very helpful and very nice, so I made the appointment. Also, I mentioned the two reviews that were posted in January of 2010 were not very good. The receptionist told me that had made changes in the office staff. If the medical personnel are as friendly, I may change doctors.
