Always friendly and caring. Very excellent service and feels comfortable to be there. No selling of service that is not needed like the clinics.
Dr. McGarity is a wonderful dentist and Tiffany is a wonderful hygienist, but if they care at all about the integrity of their practice, they would fire Rhonda because she is the rudest receptionist. She has no patience and she is horrible. It makes me not want to ever step 1 foot back in that dentist office!
FYI - on 3/7/2025 I called the office and was advised they are not taking new patients at this time.
The office ladies are very rude in this office. They don't like answering questions or trying to help someone find a dentist that can help them sense they couldn't help sense they don't take insurance. I could say more but I'd rather not. Hung up on me after I told her she was being rude and un helpful.
Dr. McGarity and staff are always professional and helpful!
