Tried to make an appointment and the receptionist who answered the phone showed no interest in making an appointment. I'm extremely dissatisfied

Dr Sprinkle is SO AWESOME! This office is excellent, every person there is delightful. As a new patient, they made me feel like an old friend. Dr Sprinke addressed every concern I had. I would HIGHLY recommend this office. A++++
I am a Veteran using the community care program to go outside of the VA system. I chose Dr Sprinkle for my foot care in Surfside Beach. Wow, he is a very thorough physician and very pleasant to interact with during my appts. I encourage all to make this your foot care stop.
The reception is so rude! And the phone system says leave a detailed message and your call will be returned shortly. Left a message and they never called me back. When I called and inform them. She was never apologetic and said no I can’t help you. Did not offer any empathy or courtesy and hung up did not wait forme to respond.
