Excellent office. Very professional. Goes above and beyond. Dr Randall Eldridge and staff are excellent. He tales time to communicate with patient. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about the situation. He doesn't wear a watch, so he is not looking at the time.
My daughter had a toe procedure done in Hickory. The podiatrist was a tall, slim female was very professional and no complaints with her. The staff in Hickory was very professional and nice. Even when there was a long line, it moved smoothly. BUT, her follow up was in Morganton and it was a different vibe. The Hispanic female greeting everyone coming through the door had a face like she didn’t want to be there and even though she said “hi, how are you?” She didn’t make eye contact and didn’t break a smile. Took my son to get a painful ingrown toenail removed. They got us in quickly, and the Dr. and staff were great. I was thrilled that they were willing to operate on his toe right then instead of having us make another appointment. The last time (at a different doctor) he had an ingrown removed it was a long and painful procedure, Dr. Eldridge took five minutes and my son had literally no pain during the procedure, he actually couldn’t believe it. I am happy.
Dr. Nadia was super! So kind! She fixed my toe and gave me great advice about my ankle!
I have been to carolina foot and ankle before dr Williams retired but don't know who my new podiatrist is that is why I haven't made any appointments yet I love carolina foot and ankle
