So Happy! Just had our hardwoods installed today. They look great. The entire process was great. From the salesperson to the installers, everyone was professional and on time. Tried to work with other companies including a big box place. Some did not return phone calls! Another cancelled our appointment twice. I would not say they were the cheapest option but definitely the most knowledgeable. Will use again.

Definitely do not use Carolina Flooring. I spent more than $30,000 and assure you--do not use Carolina Flooring.

Never Again. I walked into the store at 2:50pm on a Saturday...a lady in a sweatshirt walked out from the back and greeted me by saying , "Hey". I informed her was looking for new carpeting and wanted to get pricing. She informed me that they were closing at 3:00PM. I apologized for inconveniencing her with my business and walked out the front door. Lucky for me Home Depot and Lowes have better selection and they are open till 9:00pm on Saturdays.

GREAT COMPANY – We looked at three other companies to do our new floors. Carolina Flooring was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. We chose them because they knew more about the carpet and hardwoods best for our home, they really know their stuff and care about helping us. I have to say it was a great decision. They did everything they said they would on time and it all looks great. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, I WOULDN' T GO ANY PLACE ELSE!. Carolina Flooring did my entire house project after a downstairs flood. They replaced all my Hardwood, rebuilt my staircase, added new sub flooring and arranged for the painting and trim work. They did a great job and the pricing was competitive. I am so glad we chose them to do the work. Flooring Installation Caused Unnecessary Damage – I spent over twelve thousand dollars on materials and services from Carolina Flooring. Their initial work with me was congenial and courteous, and their estimates were reasonable. However, their follow-through was abysmal. Their work was sloppy and caused substantial damage to plumbing fixtures, walls, trim, and appliances. Once their workers left they ignored my emails requesting compensation. My experience with Carolina Flooring was wonderful, they did my whole house in hardwood and some carpet in two bedrooms and also converted my staircase to oak. Their price was great and their crew Jeff and Robbie did a great job. They were professional and really transformed my house. I will and have already recommended Carolina Flooring to friends already.
