So we had our rear deck screened in and enclosed. The roof has a narrow slope and was shingled. Big mistake..leaked like crazy. Had Josh from CPR take a look. Very informative and determined the problems. Gave a reasonable detailed estimate to repair. I had them look in the attic around the Chimney. I decided for another reasonable estimate to make sure it does not leak there. So that was also done. This was last June. Fast forward TD Debby shows up. The roof they installed is bone dry. Zero leaks !! 5 stars from us.
We had this company install a beautiful metal roof on our home 5 years ago. There is a transition on the roof that needed some attention recently. They came out and made the adjustment and replaced the trim at no charge. Josh is the person that was the point person on this, and he was very professional. Thank you for standing by your work!
WoW....Just a few days from inspection done by Payton Hendricks to completion by the crew. One very happy home owner here. Great people !!!
Noticed a few shingles missing. Called CFR and spoke with Mel who scheduled an inspection the very same day! Payton Hendricks was the inspector. Payton was courteous and knowledgeable. Very experineced in his field. He answered all my questions clearly. He put a tarp over the missing shingles to prevent further water damage. I felt confident and relaxed when all was conclueded.
I'd pass this business by. Honestly don't know how they stay in business if they don't bid jobs. Initially responsive to visit and survey/discuss several jobs (including some roofing repair, installation of a kitchenette area, remodeling a laundry room and some outside repairs to the house), but PH never got back to me with a quote. He initially said it was a complicated request and he was waiting on some other inputs, but never gave us the courtesy to say why they were delayed or never responded. Very disappointed.
