Horrible! Horrible customer service!! Do not give them a deposit before you have something in writing!! Told us it would be 2 weeks and they would call us with the date to be out here. Long story short, its been 3 weeks, and like pulling teeth to get a legitimate answer and day to do the job. The days keep changing and they still have my money. So, I asked for my deposit back. we shall see how big of a battle this will be now....
