This is the WORST insurance company I have ever dealt with! They are short of criminal. They will not back date a refund. For example if you sell your home and then forget to cancel your policy they will only refund you from the date they RECEIVE your cancelation letter...so what if the mail takes a long time...they dont care they just want your money. What they do is shady and dishonest. They are keeping money that is not theirs and keeping money for services that they couldnt even legally render since the home was no longe... read more
CAROLINA FARMERS MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY SUCKS!! THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, AND DONT PAY FOR WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL. THEY SENT AN INSURANCE AJUSTER TO MY HOUSE AND SHE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD GET A NEW ROOF. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH SINCE SHES BEEN OUT HERE AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM THE COMPANY!! I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON BUT THE LADY THAT WORKS IN THE CLAIM DEPT. WAS ON VACATION. THAT WAS THE WEEK OF THE FOURTH.
