Overall I am unhappy with my experience here, there was only one girl that was super helpful and her name was *****, if everyone was like her I wouldn't be as disappointed. She was the only person that made me feel heard. I got a routine eye exam that obviously ended up in a bad prescription, I was having blurry/hazy vision and Dr. ********* just pushed it off and didn't seem concerned at all, they never offered me any solutions as they probably didn't want to admit fault or offer me another eye exam and basically kept tryin... read more

I went there for the first. Everyone was so happy and helpful to accommodate my needs. I was taken at my appointment time. There was very little waiting for anyone to see me. I would highly recommend Carolina Family Vision to anyone. They are so thorough.
