Helped me with a broken retainer. Saw me same day and I was able to get the retainer the next day. Everyone was very helpful from the front desk to the Doctor.
Dr Marshall and his crew couldn't be more professional and amazing to work with. Every assistant is kind and knowledgeable, the front office staff is welcoming and helpful, and Dr Marshall is top notch in my book when it comes to orthodontists. Transferred my boys care to Carolina Family Orthodontics from another orthodontist office in Greenville and I’m so glad I did. Have received nothing but good care from the techs as well as Dr. Marshall. Front desk personnel as well as Kaylee (sp?) are always a delight to speak with and handle consultations with.
