The kids and I have been patients of Dr Dino and the Carolina Family Healthcare team for quite some time now… it continues to be a great experience with more than everything you would expect from a primary care physician!!! Don’t plan on changing anytime soon!!!
I will absolutely never be back. Doctor here was recommended to me and she’s been great, but the scheduling and billing is out of control. A few months back I scheduled an appointment and after a few minutes it was determined that the wrong kind of appointment was scheduled. So I rescheduled for later the same day. Now, they’re hounding me about a copay for walking in, walking out, coming back the same day and having a visit that was $250 out of pocket (not covered) so they have submitted and been paid for the earlier appoin... read more
