My experience justified this rating. The Doctor can't earn the entire building his grade. It's always a mistake made. Debts that were suppose to have been cleared years ago get brought back up and reahashed on my appointment day. For appointments they do not remind me for. I'm sorry for the foundational workers who set the bar for my expectations of care from this place. When the building was smaller I felt my care was better.

I just started taking my grandsons here. I found the staff very friendly. We were seen quickly, and all my concerns were addressed quickly with referrals where needed. Even though there were areas being remodeled, the facility was clean. The area being worked on was blocked off from view.

I had an appointment for 10:30 am at Wilson community Health center.They said I should arrive 30mins before time,I planned on such a way I would arrive earlier than the 30mins,only for me to get to the road and there was reconstruction going on.We had a diverted traffic.I happened to reach the center at 10:25 am only for the lady to reschedule my appointment till July30th,not minding how my health is right now.This is really not fair from the provider.I don’t know if it would be okay for the person’s health condition to go w... read more

It should be called the Kimberly Terry Health Center. The only family as it is called is hers. They hire her family friends and do not interview others who are more qualified. The nepotism in this organization is insane.
