We recently switched to Carolina Family Eyecare and are absolutely thrilled with everyone we have met so far! We switched kids and elderly to the Fort Mill location and they have understood all ages from our household. All 6 of our family are happy we switched and the care they give.
Today, 7/14 my daughter who is special needs first time visiting this practice. The staff there this morning were awesome with her and us. Greeted us as we walked in and all around just a relaxed sitting and not feeling rushed. Grateful to my friend who recommended them to me.
Chip was absolutely fantastic during my visit to the eye doctor. He helped me pick out my glasses and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was personable, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and help me find frames that looked great and fit my needs. Dr Bansal and his team are phenomenal! I have an odd issue with my right eye that 4 other optometrists have not been able to figure out. Dr. Bansal had an explanation for me on my first visit. If I could give 10 stars I would, Dr. Bansal and his team are the best eye care I have ever had.
I had to bring my son because he had eye irritation. I made an appt online and was seen in just a few days. The office is so clean and nice. The ladies at the Front desk were so incredibly sweet! They were helpful and kind! The first girl that checked us in was also very kind. We saw Dr.Cornelia and she diagnosed my son quickly and was so sweet! I highly recommend this office!
