Miss my appointment because they're transportation did not pick me up. Come to find out they're supposed to call you three times. Guy call only called twice. Lefted no messages. I love this dentist
My actual dentist Dr Greer deserves 4 stars. However the practice as a whole deserves 0 stars. I was told of a procedure I needed almost 3 months ago and when I inquired on why I had no appointment yet I was told that I was put on a waiting list to call my insurance. So theres a waiting list just to get insurance approved. I spoke w office mgr and with a nasty attitude she said they cant manage making those phone calls to the insurance due to short staff even though there are usually 2-3 receptionists whenever Ive been there... read more
