Took forever to get the appointment after referral from LensCrafters and a couple follow up calls bc I didn’t hear back from them. The appointment was at 9, so I had to leave home at 740 just to make it here to sit. The tech was sweet and apologized then provided an excuse for the delay. But as a customer we should have been advised of the delay/wait or offered to reschedule instead of waiting so long. (That’s would have been better customer service) The tech dilated my eyes at 935. Dr Lee and his staff were great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of my questions.
Dr. Lee has took care of my mother and father in laws for years. I have been seeing him for a long time and found that he is friendly and very knowledgeable. I trust him to tell me what I need to do for my eyes. I recommend him to my friends
