The staff us very efficient and friendly. Dr. Lee is a great doctor and answers all my questions.
In my 1st, only, and last visit. They were nice, then added their personal diagnosis (which was incorrect), just to bill my insurance and myself. Then denied the proper instructions for there to be no charge to me for a routine exam. Then wanted to set me up with a specialist, just to cost me more money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Friendly reminders of your appts and have a choice to pre-register on line or at office. Friendly staff. Great doctor! There is alittle wait time, but during that time you go to different rooms and have different eye tests done before you see the doctor.
Very accommodating and caring staff. Dr. Newland is awesome! Explained my cataract situation and what will happen during surgery. I feel very safe with him. I can't wait to get these things out and have my vision restored.
