Sat around for 30 minutes before being seen for an eye exam. 2 days later when I was ready to order more contact lenses I called twice and left a message and nobody got back to me for 24 hours. So when I called the third time I explained that nobody was getting back to me and then finally I got a call back. Then the price that I was quoted for a year of contacts was far more money than I’ve ever paid, so I told them nevermind and am instead ordering contacts from 1800contacts. Everyone was very nice and polite. Waiting time was very minimal also.
Exam portion of visit very efficient and Dr Patrick Smith was great. not so happy with the optical dept in terms of obtaining additional information after my visit about ordering glasses - they have not returned phone call after two messages left. other than that, can highly recommend Dr Smith
