Physician care was great. Scheduling was awful - called and went to three different offices before I got seen for an annual eye exam. My glasses are broken and i’m almost out of contacts - called initially at the end of July and was not seen until mid September. Initial person scheduled me with a doctor that didn’t perform eye exams, second person scheduled me with someone who didn’t take my insurance and told me this at the office after I left work and drove to the location - they called the secondary number on my account a... read more
I just have one complaint. I have been going to Carolina Eye care for approx. 29 years. I have never had to pay a surcharge or deductible in all my years. The clerk wanted me to pay $65 for my visit yesterday. I have Medicare and a secondary insurance.

When my daughter took me here they help me get around they took thry time with me very understanding person they show me respect I love that my daughter find this place very nice people n very clean place
Had to wait around 30-40 minutes for 10:00 appt. Other than that, good through appointment.
