My wait was way too long for a scheduled appt. I love my doctor!
My appointment was very pleasant. From check-in to check-out, I was dealt with courteously and professionally. Dr. Naji and her staff were coping with very trying weather conditions, but I was seen at my scheduled time. One of the most pleasant parts of the appointment was the retinal imaging that was done rather than the time-consuming dliation/examination, thus making my drive home much easier and safer. Positives: I absolutely loved the doctor and the care she provided during my appointment. This was my second year choosing this office for my eye exam. The young lady working the desk was also very pleasant. Negatives: For context, I selected this office because it is close to my job and because they had my records from last year. However, I do not live in Durham. During my appointment, the doctor wrote the prescription for my contacts and gave me samples of that brand and an alternate brand.
