After accompanying a senior family member to two pre-scheduled appointments, I have learned staff are inconsiderate to having elderly patients sitting over an hour and two hours past their scheduled appointment times. After speaking to many other elderly patients in the waiting room, they also expressed their significant wait time. More care needs to be given in spreading out the appointment times so patients, particularly elderly do not have to wait over an hour to be seen. Wonderful doctors and staff. Definitely recommend. They saved my vision, and are working on my son's diabetic vision issue.
