Searching for a new provider in the area. Called twice. First time, no answer. Second attempt, I waited on hold for 10 minutes. I’ve learned the initial call/experience typically indicates what their patient care is like. I don’t have time to chase down providers and make multiple attempts to contact them for appointments. Guess I’ll keep looking.
Time wait was short. Each staff members was on point,no long waiting and I like that.
