Jeff White is an excellent surgeon. I was a little reluctant to have cosmetic surgery done around my eyes, but trusted him fully to do a good job. I'm very happy with his work.

The regular staff in Asheboro are very patient (I'm a tough customer when it comes to getting eye pressure) and helpful. Will answer any and all questions. But am NOT a fan of the surgeon. Name omitted on purpose. Does not answer questions, but dramatizes the " Just let me do my job" line. This individual is the ONLY reason I give them such a low score. Great job with the surgery. Awesome. Poor bedside/customer manner.

I am waiting in the lobby for a basic eye exam at this moment. This is the third time I have waited over 2 hours for an eye exam. It's been 2 and a half hours, I still haven't seen the doctor. With a full time job, it is unacceptable to have a 2:55 appointment, and still be waiting for the doctor at 5:30. This is not the first time this has happened, many others in the waiting room have been waiting for hours as well. The quality of care is wonderful, no issues there. My wait time wasn't long at all. The doctors was friendly and helpful. Ms. Sherry Rhea was particularly friendly and helpful. I was made to feel as though I was a VIP. Thank you Ms. Rhea for your kindness.
