They've been working on issues we've had since we moved into a new house. (For years they took care of our old house.) Not so much a pest issue as a mold and barrier issue. I've been under contract on a termite bond with these people since 2008. I found termites in part of my home and called them immediately. They came out the next business day ( I was happy with such a quick response). We showed them the damage and the termites. They told us they would be back the next day to retreat the area for us. I called them (as I was not the one home at the time they came out) and asked them if they were going to pay for the damages to be fixed.
