Customer service is outstanding.
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. There is no customer service, you wait on hold forever for service and they no longer service your gas logs or appliances. So I changed services. After waiting for a month to pick up their tank, I had to call them again to see when they were picking up the tank. They said it would be the end of June before they could pick it up. That will be a total of 5 months that that eyesore will sitting in my yard. Five months. What kind of company ha... read more
Customer service is great whenever I call but the online portal is also fantastic. Delivery is easy to request and the driver is always professional but super nice!
Been a customer for 20 years, but when needed can't get them on the phone, been trying all hours of the day for 3 weeks. Coldest temperatures of the year and need propane fill up. Did fill up request online, haven't heard anything. I know we had an ice storm and snow storm, but I started calling before the ice storm hit the area. If you call the emergency number they just transfer you back to where you are waiting on hold again. There should be a call back wait-list or something. This is just very poor service.
