Omg I met Mac and Tim today for my inspection. So nice and helpful
Company is contracted with city to repair/keep maintained elevators. Tech recently installed new parts however elevator is still down and trapping people. Have been stuck twice. Emergency call button does not work. Just rings off the hook. This is a pain for those with handicap needs. I can only imagine this affects local business traffic as well.
Elevator has been broken over two months your company has been rude and unprofessional when questioned!
