I love the doctors there. They are very attentive
I was treated like a 2 year old, waiting line at front desk when a receptionist came out of the back room and rudely moved me to the side. Told me I needed to give the man at the counter some privacy. I was a good 6 feet away from him. She left, came back and went off on a care giver pushing a man in a wheel chair. She was at least 6 feet from me. This woman just liked being pushy. I have been going there for 20+ years. I will never go back. Rude and obnoxious!!
I took my sister (who has Down's Syndrome and dementia) to see Dr. Creta today to establish as a new patient and also get a physical exam. We waited about 6 months for this appointment and what a huge disappointment! He is rude, condescending and has no compassion. He didn't even address my sister, talk to her or try to get to know her. I had several issue to discuss with him and I felt like I was burdening him, and every issue I brought up was dismissed as nothing or unresolved. Now what do I do?
