I absolutely love Carolina Diesel! Every experience is amazing. The drivers lounge is so clean. The drivers bathrooms are so clean. The staff is always so kind and always updates me while I wait for my service.
Terrible experience I will never go back and I advise anyone not to. Went in for a power steering leak 8:30 am and left at 4:00 pm,still leaking fluid. The problem was only a loose clamp but my bill was $578!! Went back two days later to get a coolant pipe replaced that he ordered on my previous visit and I informed them that fluid is still leaking. I checked in 8:30 and left at 5:00 bill was $807!!! The problem again was just a loose clamp….its still leaking y’all!!!!! Charged me $300 for the coolant pipe,which it not even ... read more
Best around town! If you want it done right the first time this is the place to go! Very trustworthy shop with all around great technicians.
You can tell Jimmy loves what he does and his heart is in his work. He’s knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer my questions and give valuable advice. The other staff members were kind and attentive too. Bonus points for the clean facility. Very nice restroom and driver lounge. Thank you guys.
This shop is a life saver . I was screwed by other mechanics hack job and they did what these guys do best ! They fixed the truck in a day and got me back up and running . These guys stand by there word and by there work that speaks loudly ! I won’t take my truck anywhere else . If you want family people who do there best everyday to make sure we can provide for our families while we are on the road ! This shop is it .
