Fire the horrible doctors. Mine lied to me about psoriasis treatment so he didn't have to treat me. It's much worse a month later and those creams don't work. Communicate better such as email access, Facebook posts, etc Fully access data through Prisma. You belong to Prisma but my doc couldn't access my history.
One of 3 ways CD can improve: 1) employ more dermatologists, 2) improve efficiency of all staff and / or 3) fire the dead wood. Getting an appointment is ridiculous!!
