Doctor Sheffield is a good doctor, but the billing practices and communication of terms is horrible. I am a patient there since 2008 and they treat me like a new patient in order to increase my bill and cause me head aches filing an appeal with my insurance provider. I made an appointment for September to see the doctor and nothing was mentioned about becoming a NEW patient all over again after 3 years. This is very 'scam' like and a poor way to treat someone.
