Carolina Custom Sawmill is a fantastic (new) company. We had to take down a huge pine in front of our home, and instead of burning it, we decided to make it into a family table. We had our arborist bring the tree to CCS (run by Brian), where he dried it in his kiln and cut it up exactly to our specifications. I'd highly recommend CCS for the service alone, but his company is also built around "Conscious Capitalism" principles that are designed to lift and help those in the surrounding community.
