Pete and another guy I didnt catch the name of, but very nice and respectful. Very knowledgeable. Would use again in the future
Pete and Carolina Custom Comfort are outstanding. They have replaced two HVAC units at my house and do my bi- annual HVAC service checks. They are efficient and timely and a pleasure to work with. Pete also calls me to give me a heads up when he is on his way to do the work, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend. Five stars!
Pete and his assistant came to my home and quickly diagnosed my air conditioning problem. He is very knowledgeable of HVAC and I was duly impressed with his service. He arrived when he said he would, too. His office manager was also kind and helpful. I coordinated his service call with her. I would highly recommend Carolina Custom Comfort for any of your HVAC needs.
Pete quickly diagnosed my faulty ac unit in less than 30 minutes. Required 1 lb of Freon and a new capacitor. I love his upfront pricing and explanation of the diagnosis.
I have American Home Shield and they sent this company to my home to repair the A/C. The owner and only mechanic, Pete told me that the freon I needed was very expensive because it is no longer produced. He charge me $405 for 3 pounds of freon. I decided to look into this issue and I found he quoted me for R22 wich is scarse and then put in R410A that is half the price.
