I have visited the Ghent shop several times and always return because: 1. The cupcakes are great & always fresh, 2. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and inviting, & 3. You cant get bigger, more flavorful cupcakes anywhere else in this area. Every time I go theres something new in the case worth trying & the staff is helpful by explaining what exactly comprises each cupcake. Not impressed, overpriced, paid 3.68 for one cupcake and they have the nerve to have a tip car next to the register...do you really need a tip for taking a cupcake from the case and ringing it up? Staff wasnt very friendly and the atmosphere was dark and claustrophoblc.
