I cannot recommend this place enough! I did the CCF 101 and learn SO MUCH. My trainer was Coach Mike and he was so knowledgeable not just about “CF” but how it effects your body and what muscles you are engaged how to recover them etc… once I finished the 101 training, I moved on to the regular classes. I was scared at first because there was a lot I didn’t know and even still don’t but the coaches are amazing. Great drop in experience. All the coaches treated you like you’re already a member of CCF. If you’re visiting Columbia go to this box! Great wide space and lots of energy during the clases. Bathroom/showers are a nice perk too. If I visit again I’m coming here.
I was traveling for business and dropped into Carolina CrossFit, and I was blown away at how friendly and supportive literally everyone there was! I made several friends during the sessions and got a really challenging but highly rewarding workout. Do yourself a favor and go to Carolina CrossFit for a workout!
