I just bought this condo and last night I was trying to connect my HW pro series to my phone and now my a/c blows hot air. I called to have Carolina Cool to walk me thru whatever button I hit wrong to correct it and they want 80.00 for a service fee!! Lolol Sadddd company!! Greedy! The woman I talked to has the personality of a wet noodle!

I adore the technician Michal Sanetrnik, he is always listening your comments regarding the units I have and always is correct, 100% recommendations to satisfy other customers!!!

I would leave no stars if I could. Came out two times to fix a problem within about a two week period. Over charged for the services. Stay away from this business.

they are great, they gave me some window units to get me by while they worked on my house, i would of had to go to a motel if it wasnt for them

I have a condo in a large complex in MB. I have use CC many times. They are a great company. Many other owners in the complex have used them also all with positive experiences. I had an older HVAC unit, like the previous commenter. I repaired/recharged it over and over, but finally broke down and bought a new unit. Lloyd worked with me on selection of a new unit. In my opinion he was great to work with. I shopped around, but no other company was able to beat the price on a new system. I would definitely recommend CC.

I called Lloyd at Carolina Cooling, and they sent out a service tech. I asked them to just diagnose the problem, and let me know what was wrong. They came back to my office and stated my unit was 27 years old, and I needed a new unit. The funny thing is the building was build 18 years ago. He started to back track and say well ok its 18 years old you need a new unit. I called another A/C company and all I needed was some Freon.
