Worst experience ever. Never buy any restaurant equipment from here. First they will sell you open box items at full retail, then when you try to return it, they won’t accept because it now has a small scratch. They sold me an item open-box and were expecting me to bring it back like it’s brand new in a box. The item was never used since it wouldn’t plug in to the outlet and I even called to make sure if they will offer exchange, so I drove 1 hour right away to get it exchanged and when I got there, they refused to exchange ... read more
