We are international intended parents from BC Canada and have done twice surrogacy journey with Carolina Conceptions. From beginning to go to clinic stores my sperm in 2022, choosing an in- house egg donor online, monitoring egg retrieval, storing total 9 embryos in clinic, doing embryo transfer in 2023 and 2025 with two different surrogates. I’m extremely disappointed with my overall experience at Carolina Conceptions, particularly given the level of care, compassion, and communication one would expect from a fertility practice. I have been navigating infertility along with ongoing pelvic floor dysfunction, including pelvic pain, tight pelvic floor muscles, and discomfort during gynecological examinations and procedures. Six years ago, my wife and I were struggling to conceive, and we'd gone with a previous clinic, which was not helpful. Dr. Park, however, gave us hope, something we didn't have for a long time. Six years later, we have a beautiful child, and there isn't a day that goes by when, in my heart, I'm not thankful for Dr. Park.

We achieved the outcome we hoped for, a healthy baby, so I want to begin by acknowledging that the outcome was positive.
